How does the order process work?After you order one of our personalized stationery options, it will be created by our team then send to print. Personalized orders will ship in 1-2 weeks, regardless of shipping method selected. Personalized orders are final sale.

What is your return policy?Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund less the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. Furniture, pillows, personalized stationery, and framed art prints are final sale, non-refundable, and cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact info@fuzepartyusa.com Once we receive the returned item(s), we will credit your original method of payment excluding non-refundable shipping costs as soon as possible. Please note refunds may take 2-3 weeks to process and show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and West Oak Co Gift Cards. Only one credit card may be applied per order. Your card will be charged at the time your order is placed. If you are using a West Oak Co. issued gift card, the funds will be removed from your balance at the time your order is placed. All pricing is listed in USD.

Do you offer international shipping?We offer USPS international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Fuze Party USA is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

When can I expect my order to arrive?Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Georgia, USA If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship. If your order includes an personalized item, the remainder of your order will be held until the personalized item is ready to ship.
