When can I expect my order to arrive?

Processing Time: We process your items within 1-3 business days. Next, your package will be handed to shipping carrier. You choose the shipping speed as the checkout.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days
Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays. All orders ship from our warehouse in Georgia, USA.

Processing times are the best estimate on when your item will ship but this can be delayed during peak seasons.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates for orders, international orders, and expedited orders will be calculated based on the order total and the destination address.
What is the cut-off time for expedited shipping?

Please note only USPS expedited orders placed before 12PM EST will ship within 1-2 business days.
Do you deliver on Saturdays?
​
Yes, we ship with USPS which delivers on saturdays. If there is an urgent need, please contact us at info@FuzePartyUSA.com so that we can further assist you.
Do you offer international shipping?
​
We offer USPS international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Fuze Party USA is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO/DPO addresses?

Yes! Our team ships orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.
Will my entire order ship together?

Yes. If your order includes an item marked Preorder, the remainder of your order will be held until the preorder item is ready to ship.
Orders containing personalized stationery will ship upon completion of the personalized order.

Return & Exchange Policy

What is your return policy on non-personalized items?
​
Our return & refund policy only allows for unused and unopened goods. You may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund not including the original shipping cost. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
If you received a damaged item, contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery to request a replacement. Include your order number and images documenting the damages to your item.
What is your return policy on personalized item?

Customized items are non-refundable. Only product defects or customization mistakes are returnable.
Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges at this time, but we will always try to be as accommodating as we can. Please feel free to contact info@FuzePartyUSA.com
Do you offer price adjustments?
​
We offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price purchases only within 5 days of your order being placed. We will refund the price difference to your original form of payment. Refunds cannot be placed on a gift card unless that was the original payment method used. We are not able to honor gift with purchase promotions on orders that have already been placed. Requests for price adjustments can be sent to info@FuzePartyUSA.com
General Return Process

Initiate a return: when you want to return an item, please Email us at info@FuzePartyUSA.com Please attach your product picture and order number in the email. Our team will determine the eligibility for your return request.

Ship the item back: once your request is approved, an email with return address and instructions will be sent to you. We recommend that you send your return in a shipping method providing tracking information, because FuzePartyUSA will not be responsible for lost return packages

Refund: when we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 7 working days and then issue a refund.
